How does it work?
Construction plans will be reviewed with you detailing the specifications for your home from the structural design through to the finishing touches. The plans are sent to the appropriate trades and suppliers for fixed cost estimates.
Lanstone Homes reviews all estimates producing a fixed price quotation for your review. The fixed price contract will include detailed specifications and full transparency on what will be built. Once approved and agreed upon, there will be no fluctuation from the contract.
